UMA dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes, but may be partially deducted as a business expense. UMA estimates that 75 percent of your membership dues are allocable to lobbying activities of the UMA, and therefore are not deductible for income tax purposes.
Please note that UMA charges a 3% processing fee on credit card charges to offset our costs.
