UMA Ambassador Program
Purpose
The UMA Ambassador Program is designed to bring our community closer together. Ambassadors are trusted leaders—operators, vendors, and industry champions—who step up to ensure every member feels welcomed, connected, and supported.
The Role of an Ambassador
As an ambassador, you’ll:
Connect: Personally welcome new members, reach out to first-time Expo attendees, and follow up after events.
Promote: Share UMA’s story and your excitement for Expo on social media in the weeks leading up.
Welcome: Be a visible friendly face onsite; greeting attendees at receptions and meals, joining the Opening Session recognition, and inviting newcomers into conversations.
Guide: Offer tips, answer questions, and introduce new members to other operators and vendors.
